Release capital
Funding for the prints-and-advertising campaigns that turn a finished film into ticket sales.
Capital for Stories Worth Seeing
Most independent films are not lost in production. They are lost at release. Ridian Capital structures ring-fenced capital for the prints-and-advertising stage of independent film and pairs it with an audience-first marketing discipline.
What we focus on
A finished film with no marketing budget has no path to an audience. Ridian focuses on the stage between a completed picture and paying audiences, and on the independent slates that feed it.
Funding for the prints-and-advertising campaigns that turn a finished film into ticket sales.
Capital for groups of independent films, structured so each vehicle stands on its own.
Campaigns built on measured audience interest, not awareness alone, and tested before money scales.
Built to protect
Ridian is organized as a Delaware series limited liability company. Each series holds its own assets and carries its own liabilities, so the outcome of one project does not reach investors in another. Structures favor non-recourse positions and early, defined distributions over open-ended exposure.
Ridian does not market investment opportunities publicly. We begin with a conversation, get to know each person, and only then discuss whether anything we are working on may be suitable.
